1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing classyconfidante.com or submitting a client application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tending the Heart LLC, operating as Classy Confidante, located at PO Box 160052, Austin, Texas 78716.

2. Nature of Services

Classy Confidante provides social coaching and platonic companionship services. By using our website and applying to become a client, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• All services provided by Classy Confidante are strictly platonic in nature
• Classy Confidante is not a dating service, escort service, or sexual service of any kind
• Classy Confidante is not a substitute for licensed therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment
• Classy Confidante is not a matchmaking or romantic introduction service
• No romantic, sexual, or intimate relationship is implied, offered, or available through Classy Confidante

3. Application & Client Acceptance

Becoming a Classy Confidante client requires completion and submission of an application. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Classy Confidante reserves the right to:

• Accept or decline any application at our sole discretion
• Require additional information or a background check prior to acceptance
• Terminate an engagement at any time if a client's conduct violates these terms
• Limit the number of active clients at any time

All information provided in your application must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate rejection or termination.

4. Client Conduct

As a Classy Confidante client you agree to:

• Engage with all Classy Confidante representatives with dignity, respect, and integrity
• Honor the platonic nature of all engagements at all times
• Provide accurate personal information including your identity and location
• Comply with all safety protocols including meeting in agreed-upon public or approved locations
• Honor all scheduling commitments or provide reasonable advance notice of cancellation
• Maintain confidentiality regarding your Confidante's personal information and identity
• Never attempt to contact a Confidante outside of officially arranged engagements

5. Safety Protocols

The safety of our representatives is our highest priority. All clients agree to:

• Consent to a background check prior to first engagement
• Meet for initial engagements in agreed public locations only
• Provide accurate information about the nature and location of any engagement
• Never attempt to alter the agreed terms of an engagement without prior written consent

Classy Confidante reserves the right to require a safety escort for engagements taking place in private or non-public locations. Any costs associated with safety personnel will be disclosed in advance.

6. Fees & Payment

Fees for Classy Confidante services are determined upon application acceptance and communicated prior to the commencement of any engagement. By proceeding with an engagement you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in your service agreement.

• All fees are due as specified in your individual service agreement
• Fees are non-refundable once an engagement has commenced
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Travel-related expenses for destination engagements will be outlined separately and agreed upon in advance

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the client-Confidante relationship including:

• The identity and personal information of your Confidante
• The nature, content, and details of your engagements
• Any personal information shared during the course of your engagement

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of your engagement and continues indefinitely. Breach of confidentiality may result in legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on classyconfidante.com — including text, design, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Tending the Heart LLC and Classy Confidante. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Classy Confidante provides social coaching and companionship services only. We are not licensed therapists, counselors, medical professionals, or legal advisors. Nothing shared by a Classy Confidante representative constitutes professional therapeutic, medical, or legal advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Tending the Heart LLC and Classy Confidante shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Classy Confidante services shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
